Detox..


Planning on getting back on fitness this monday.. Don't know wich workout will work BETTER for me.. Have someone have tired T25 from shaunT!??? I know his workouts are for crazyyyyy but 25 minutes sounds good for me cuz with the kids i don't have to much time!
I've lost 8 kg since May wuju.. But just by eating less crap i haven't exercise and my stomach is screaming for workout!!!!
This past week i got bad bad really bad i didn't ate healthy so tomarrow i will also start a detox for 3 days, just green juices & smoothies.. I recently bought this amazing machine for making delicious green smoothies yum yum!!!!!
Need to get motivated!!! 

Random question, will i have flat stomach someday!????? I have that annoying pooch.. Anyway!! Nice sunday everyone
